Step 3: Navigating the Program Program Page If you clicked the "Start Now" button, you will be taken to the Program Page where you can choose the relevant program to start. Participant Page Clicking on the program will take you to the Participant Page, where you can see all the sessions and steps to start learning. Now you’re all set to begin your learning journey! Each session in the program is structured into steps. To progress to the next step, follow these actions: Complete Step: Click the "Complete Step" button once you’ve finished the current step. Next: After completing a step, click the "Next" button to move to the next chapter. 2. What are Summary Pages? Summary pages appear as steps before each video session. Action Required: Read the content on the summary page, then click the "Complete Step" button. After this, use the "Next" button to proceed to the video session. 3. How do I complete a video session? You need to watch at least 90% of each video in a session to unlock the next step. Once you’ve completed the required portion of the video, click the "Complete Step" button, then "Next" to continue. 4. Can I revisit previous steps? Yes, you can undo a step and return to any previous step by clicking the "Undo Step" button. This allows you to review content and navigate forward and backward easily. 5. What is the time limit to complete the program? Access to the program is available based on your subscription: 30 Days or 60 Days from the date of enrollment. Ensure you complete all the steps within the subscription period. 6. How does navigation work for the Magic Words program? The Magic Words program follows the same navigation process: Watch each video and click "Complete Step." Click "Next" to move forward. Additional Feature: After each video session, there will be a quiz step. You must complete the quiz to proceed to the next video session. 7. What are the visual indicators for navigation? If you are unable to access the programs after receiving an extension for your subscription, please follow these steps to check and resolve the issue: Verify Program Status: Navigate to the Home page. Click on the "Member Area" link or go directly to ctdmasterclass.com/member-area. In the Member Area, look for the left tab labeled "Online Programs" and click on it. You will be directed to the "Online Program Listings" page, where programs are categorized under two tabs: Active and Completed. Check Active Programs: If your program is listed under the Active tab, there should be no issues accessing it. You can proceed with the program as usual. If you face issues accessing a program listed under the Active tab, please contact our support team. Check Completed Programs: If your program is marked as "Completed," it will appear under the Completed tab. This could happen if the subscription period (30 days) ended before the extension was applied. Click on the "Completed" tab to view the list of completed programs. Locate the specific program you are trying to access. You will see a small arrow next to it. Click the arrow to expand the program details. Quit the Existing Program: Scroll to the bottom of the program description. You will find a "Quit Program" button or text. Click on the "Quit Program" button to reset the program status. Access the Program Again: Once you have quit the completed program, navigate back to the Home page. Click on the "Start Now" button. The program should now be available under the Active tab, and you can access the contents. Important Notes: If you received an extension without making an offline/online payment, quitting the completed program is essential to update the subscription status.
