• You’ll see a "Start Now" button at the top and a list of the programs you’ve joined below.

Starting the Program

• You can either click the "Start Now" button to go to the program page at ctdmasterclass.com/masterclass and choose your program, or scroll down the page and directly click on any of the programs listed below.

Step 3: Navigating the Program

Access the Participant Page

• Once you click on the program, you’ll be taken to the Participant Page, where you can see the list of sessions and steps.

Completing the Steps

• You need to complete 90% of each video step to progress to the next step. The CTD Masterclass consists of 57 steps in total.

• Each session in the program is structured into steps.

• To progress to the next step, follow these actions:
  

  1. Complete Step: Click the "Complete Step" button once you’ve finished the current step.

  2. Next: After completing a step, click the "Next" button to move to the next chapter.

2. What are Summary Pages?

• Summary pages appear as steps before each video session.

• Action Required: Read the content on the summary page, then click the "Complete Step" button. After this, use the "Next" button to proceed to the video session.

3. How do I complete a video session?

• You need to watch at least 90% of each video in a session to unlock the next step.

• Once you’ve completed the required portion of the video, click the "Complete Step" button, then "Next" to continue.

4. Can I revisit previous steps?

• Yes, you can undo a step and return to any previous step by clicking the "Undo Step" button.

• This allows you to review content and navigate forward and backward easily.

5. What is the time limit to complete the program?

• Access to the program is available based on your subscription:
  

  • 30 Days or 60 Days from the date of enrollment.

• Ensure you complete all the steps within the subscription period.

6. How does navigation work for the Magic Words program?

• The Magic Words program follows the same navigation process:
  

  • Watch each video and click "Complete Step."

  • Click "Next" to move forward.

  • After each video session, there will be a quiz step.

  • You must complete the quiz to proceed to the next video session.

Signing up to the CTD Masterclass webpage is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  • You will be prompted to set up a password for your account.

Verify Your Email (If Applicable)

• If you signed up using your email, check your inbox for a confirmation email.

• Click on the verification link in the email to activate your account.

Complete Your Profile

• Once signed up, you may be asked to complete your profile by adding any additional necessary details.

Log In and Access Your Content

• After completing the sign-up process, you can log in using your Google account or the email and password you just set up.

• Once logged in, you can start exploring the content and programs available to you.

If you are experiencing issues accessing the online program using the Wix app, try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. **Check Device Compatibility:** Ensure you're using a supported device. The Wix app is supported on iPhone (iOS 11 and up) and Android (6.0 and above). 2. **Update the App:** Make sure you are using the most current version of the Wix app. To check for an update, go to the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), search for 'Wix app,' and click Update (if available). 3. **Log Out and Log Back In:** Open the Wix app, tap your profile icon at the top, and tap Log Out. At this time, access to the CTD Masterclass is limited to 30 days. However, we do offer extended access in some special cases. Please contact our support team if you need more time.

To change your registered email address, please contact our support team with your request. They will assist you in updating your details.
